Information you give us directly. When you contact us, place an order, or sign up for updates, you may provide your name, email address, shipping address, billing details, and any message you send. When you order a print, we also receive details necessary to fulfill that order.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This information helps us understand how people use the site and improve it over time.

We don't ask for personal information that isn't necessary to deliver our products and services or improve your experience.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your print orders
• Communicate with you about orders, inquiries, or service issues
• Send updates or newsletters if you've signed up to receive them
• Understand how the site is used and improve our products and content
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use analytics and advertising cookies — Google Analytics and the Pinterest tag — as described in the "Cookies and Tracking" section below, and you can accept, reject, or change these at any time through the consent choices described there.

To run our business, we work with trusted service providers who may access limited personal information to perform their services. These include:

• Cloudflare Pages — our website host. Cloudflare Pages provides the technical infrastructure and content delivery for souvenirpixels.com. Cloudflare's privacy practices are described in their own privacy policy at cloudflare.com.
• Stripe — our payment processor. Credit card and payment information is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. Stripe's privacy practices are described at stripe.com.
• Pictorem — our print fulfillment partner. When you order a print, your name and shipping address are shared with Pictorem, who produces and delivers your order. Pictorem operates in Canada and the United States.
• Google — analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (aggregated traffic, pages viewed, and how visitors arrive). Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Pinterest — advertising and measurement. The Pinterest tag helps us measure conversions and improve our Pinterest advertising. Pinterest's privacy policy is at pinterest.com/privacy-policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

We use a few categories of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential. Required for core functions like keeping your shopping session active and processing payments securely (Stripe). These are always on.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Sets cookies (such as _ga) to measure aggregated traffic: pages viewed, how visitors arrive, and how the site is used, so we can improve it.
• Marketing — the Pinterest tag. Sets advertising cookies used to measure conversions and improve our Pinterest advertising. This is a cross-site advertising technology.

This includes using secure HTTPS connections for our website and working with reputable service providers who maintain their own security standards. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to minimize risk.

Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Our business operates from Canada, and the service providers we work with operate in Canada, the United States, and other regions. If you visit from elsewhere — including the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other regions with their own privacy laws — your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our providers operate.
